My family doesn't like a strong tomato flavor in their meat loaf or green peppers so I came up with this recipe many years ago and they always rave about it! Its great with brown gravy or a little A-1 Steak sauce.

1 pkgonion soup mix

1 smonion, grated

3eggs, lightly beaten

1/4 cmilk

2 csaltine crackers, finely crushed

1 Tbspsteak sauce

1/4 tsppepper
How To Make mom's meat loaf

1Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well until thoroughly blended. Press into a large loaf pan and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
