mom's lasagna
This was my mom's recipe. It's one of the first meals I learned to cook. I made this recipe for my best friend and now it's a family favorite for her family. It's one of the first meals my daughter learned to cook and she picked this recipe as the first recipe to cook together with her boyfriend. It's comfort food and is prepared with much love. So many memories with this recipe. I hope this recipe will make many families as happy as it's made mine.

Ingredients For mom's lasagna

10lasagna noodles, cooked

2 lbground hamburger

2 pkgspaghetti sauce mix

1 cantomato paste (6 oz)

2 cantomato sauce (15 oz)

8 ccheese mozza/cheddar mix, shredded

0-1 cwater
-
2 cparmesan cheese, shredded
How To Make mom's lasagna

1Cook lasagna noodles. Drain. Cool.

2Brown ground beef in large pan. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, and spaghetti sauce mix. Add water, if desired, for preferred consistency. I like my sauce thick so I don't usually add water.

3Layer lasagna in a baking dish 5 lasagna noodles, overlapping, 1/2 the meat sauce, 4 cups of the shredded cheese, 5 lasagna noodles, 1/2 the meat sauce, 4 cups of shredded cheese, parmesan.

4Bake in oven at 350 degrees for one hour.
