I said soft shells tacos , and changed my mind because letting them fix their own plates was easier. Once I got the setup out of the way, they fell into them. Once my preparation was out of the way, I was sitting easy. Make it your own with toppings. Photos are all mines.

Ingredients For momma's nachos, iris

3-4 lbground chuck

3 pkgtaco seasonings, your choice

1 smyellow onion, diced

3 lgtomatoes, chopped

shredded lettuce

2and 1 / 2 pkgshredded cheese, sharp, mild, mozzarella, mix it up

1family bag of doritos, your choice

sour cream
How To Make momma's nachos, iris

1In a 9x13 pan, sprayed with olive oil, line egg it the Doritos flavor of your choice, then spread with a generous layer of mozzarella

2Add ground chuck on top of Doritos, all of it, top with sharp and mild cheddar

3Place under broiler until hot. Remove and add diced onions, tomatoes, and remaining cheese

4Serve with choice of ,toppings, jalapeño, diced bacon.
