Ingredients For mini salisbury steaks

2 lblean ground beef

salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 tspgarlic powder

2 Tbspwater
- GRAVY, PREPARE AND SET ASIDE

1onion, chopped

1 csliced mushrooms
-
1 1/2 tspdried thyme

3 Tbspflour
-
3 cbeef broth
-
ground pepper
How To Make mini salisbury steaks

1Make 8 Patties. Heat skillet on high. Brown Patties only. Remove from skillet and set aside.

2To the skillet add: onions and mushrooms. Cook 10 minutes. Add Thyme, pepper and flour. Mix well. Cook 5 minutes

3Add broth, slowly while stirring. Bring to a boil, cook 5 minutes. Return patties to the skillet along with any juices. Lower heat to simmer. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
