I have been making these for years and they are good hot or cold! You can use your own meatloaf recipe or add or omit whatever vegetables!

Ingredients For mini meat pies

1 lbground beef

1egg
-
1/2 cketchup
-
1/2 coats
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder

salt and pepper to taste

1 or 2 cancanned bisciuts
How To Make mini meat pies

1Mix meat and seasonings or make your own favorite meatloaf recipe

2Spread each biscuit out a little with your fingers

3Add a heaping tablespoon of meat mixture and fold biscuit over, crimp with a fork

4Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes
