These are really cute and tasty. I have done this with mini cupcake pan for little appetizers. If you can't find the Heinz balsamic vinegar ketchup just use regular ketchup and a little balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients For mini cheddar meatloafs with balsamic ketchup glaze

  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 3/4 c
    heavy cream
  • 1 c
    sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c
    cooking oats
  • 1 lg
    onion chopped
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • GLAZE
  • 1 c
    heinz balsamic vinegar ketchup
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 tsp
    yellow mustard

How To Make mini cheddar meatloafs with balsamic ketchup glaze

    Mix first eight ingredients together. Place in greased muffin pan.

    Combine the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Pour over top each loaf.

    Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
