Ingredients For microwave meatloaf

1 1/2 lblean ground beef

1 cantomato sauce, 8 oz

1egg, beaten

1 cquick cooking oats or bread crumbs

1 Tbspminced onion

1/4 tspgarlic powder

1 1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tsppepper
How To Make microwave meatloaf

1Combine all ingredients in a bowl & mix well. Using a microwave safe round casserole dish, shape mixture into a ring (hole in the center). Make sure meat is pretty even, wide as it is high (for even cooking)

2Cover with paper towels to prevent splattering. Cook for 10 - 15 minutes, depending on microwave wattage, to an interernal temp of 165 F. Turn halfway through if you do not have a turntable microwave.
