Ingredients For microwave meatloaf

  • 1 1/2 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1 can
    tomato sauce, 8 oz
  • 1
    egg, beaten
  • 1 c
    quick cooking oats or bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced onion
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper

How To Make microwave meatloaf

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl & mix well. Using a microwave safe round casserole dish, shape mixture into a ring (hole in the center). Make sure meat is pretty even, wide as it is high (for even cooking)

    Cover with paper towels to prevent splattering. Cook for 10 - 15 minutes, depending on microwave wattage, to an interernal temp of 165 F. Turn halfway through if you do not have a turntable microwave.
