Ingredients For mexican cornbread

1 cbutter

1 cwhite sugar

4eggs

1 cancream style corn

1 can4 oz. can chopped green chiles

1/2 cmonterrey jack cheese, shredded

1/2 ccheddar cheese, shredded

1 call purpose flour

1 cyellow cornmeal
-
4 tspbaking powder

1/4 tspsalt
How To Make mexican cornbread

1Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Lightly grease baking dish or spray with Pam for baking. In a large bowl, beat together butter and sugar. Add eggs, beating in one at a time. Blend in Creamed corn, chilis and cheeses.

2In a separate bowl, stir together flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt. Add flour mixture to corn mixture, stir until smooth. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for one hour
