Ingredients For mexican cornbread

  • 1 can
    corn, drained
  • 1 can
    cream corn
  • 1 box
    jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 pkg
    mexican cornbread
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 pkg
    8 ounce sour cream
  • 1 bag
    shredder cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb
    ground chuck

How To Make mexican cornbread

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Brown ground chuck. Drain Ground Chuck. Pour in 9 x 12 pan.

    Mix all other ingredients together and pour over the meat.

    Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes at 400 degrees.
