1 boxjiffy cornbread mix

1 pkgmexican cornbread

3eggs

1 pkg8 ounce sour cream

1 bagshredder cheddar cheese

1 lbground chuck
How To Make mexican cornbread

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Brown ground chuck. Drain Ground Chuck. Pour in 9 x 12 pan.

2Mix all other ingredients together and pour over the meat.

3Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes at 400 degrees.
