Ingredients For meatball sub sandwiches

1 lblean ground beef

26 ozspaghetti sauce (i usually use ragu or hunts)

1/2 citalian bread crumbs

1egg
-
soft sub bread
-
mozzarella cheese

garlic powder
How To Make meatball sub sandwiches

1Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, and egg in a large bowl. Form into 1 inch balls. (Makes approximately 20-24 meatballs)

2While forming the meatballs, pour the spaghetti sauce in a 3qt sauce pan. Heat until bubbly.

3Add meatballs to sauce, cover and simmer on low-med heat for 20 mins. or until done.

4Add butter to the inside of the sub bread, sprinkle with garlic powder (to taste), and add a small amount of mozzarella. Put in broiler until lightly toasted.

5Add meatballs to bread, spinkle a little more mozzarella, and enjoy! Serve with chips, side salad, veggies, tots...whatever your family likes.
