Ingredients For meatball stroganoff

1 lbground beef

1/2 lbground pork

1/4 cminced onion

1 cbread crumbs

2 lgeggs

1 Tbspsalt

2 tsppepper

1/4 cbutter

1 lgonion chopped

4 clovegarlic minced

8 ozfresh mushrooms chopped

1/4 cdry red wine
-
1/4 cflour
-
2 cheavy cream
-
1/2 csour cream

salt to taste

1/4 cfresh parsley minced

8 oznoodles
How To Make meatball stroganoff

1Mix first 7 ingredients together and shape into desired size balls. I usually make them about 3 inches in diameter. Throw them on a baking pan and cook in oven at 350 degrees for 10 to 20 minutes depending on the size of meatballs.

2Cook noodles in boiling salted water and drain well.

3Meanwhile add butter to saute pan and add onions and garlic. Cook about 4 minutes . Add mushrooms and cook 4 more minutes. Add wine and deglaze. Cook until most is evaporated.

4Stir in flour and make a roux. Add the heavy cream and cook until thickened. Add sour cream and heat through.

5Remove meatballs from oven and add to sauce. Serve meatballs and sauce over noodles and garnish with parsley.
