This is my Mom's receipe. My personal Favorite. This dish may be slowly simmered in a slow cooker or very quickly prepared in a pressure cooker. This is good served over rice or bread; along with a green salad. I also throw carrots into the ingredients. Is a very quick and easy complete meal.

1round steak

4 lgpotatoes, peeled and cubed

1/2 croux
-
water
-
1onion
-
1bell pepper
-
salt and pepper

worchestershire sauce
How To Make meat and tater stew

1Cut steak into strips or cubes. Heat a small amount of fat in a deep skillet. Brown meat; drain fat thoroughly.

2Add potatoes, roux and water to cover ingredients. (More roux may be used if needed).

3Add onions and bell pepper (chopped). Season to taste with pepper (red/black), salt and worchestershire sauce. Cover and simmer until tender.
