I borrowed a Monte Cristo Fold Over recipe posted by Penny R, and changed the stuffing to accommodate my left oner brisket

2 canpillsbury grands biscuits-8 to the can

1 mdonion diced or slivered

1 tspchili powder
-
1 tspminced garlic
-
1-2 lbleft over brisket shredded or chipped

2 Tbspbalsamic vinegar

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1/2 cfavorite barbecue sauce (i used woodie's

1 Tbspmilk or half and half

1/2 tspcinnamon

1/2 tspnutmeg
How To Make left-over brisket fold overs

1In a medium skillet, saute the onions until translucent.

2Add the garlic, chili powder, barbeque sauce,balsamic vinegar, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

3Add the brisket and cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes.

4Let cool while you roll out the biscuit dough into 5-6 inch circles and prepare the egg coating.

5Spoon meat mixture onto dough circles and fold dough over and seal with fork tines around the edge. Place on foil lined cookie sheet and baste with the egg mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
