1 1/2 lbground beef

1/2 cchopped onion

1 Tbspoil

2 can(5 1/2 ounce) tomato paste

1 cwater

2 tspsugar

1/2 tspcelery salt

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

1/4 tspgarlic powder

8 ozcream cheese, softened

1 csour cream

1 cricotta cheese or cottage cheese

1/4 cchopped green pepper (optional)

6green onions, chopped (optional)

8 ozmedium noodles, cooked

1 cgrated parmesan cheese
How To Make layered triple cheese and beef casserole

1Fry ground beef and onions in oil.

2Add next seven ingredients. Stir. Bring to a boil. Set aside.

3Beat cream cheese and sour cream together. Stir in ricotta cheese, green pepper and green onions. Set aside.

4Layer in greased 3 quart casserole as follows: One half noodles. Ricotta cheese mixture. One half noodles. Meat mixture. Parmesan cheese.

5Bake covered in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
