They sell these at the cafe at my job and I love them! The cafe is closed this week at work and I wanted some so bad so I decided to make some myself!

Ingredients For joy's dill pickle cheeseburger dogs

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 c
    pickle crunch pieces
  • 1/2 c
    colby jack cheese, shredded
  • 1-2 dash
    salt
  • 1-2 dash
    garlic pepper
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    minced onion
  • 1 dash
    worcestershire sauce

    You can get the Pickle Crunch at WalMart on the Salad Dressing aisle.

    Place half the ground beef in a bowl and mix with all the ingredients listed. Salt and pepper to your taste. The same can be done with the minced onion and pickle crunch.

    Pat it into a rectangular shape, about 1/2 inch thick, 6 1 inches long, and 4 inches wide. Roll the beef into a log, using the plastic wrap as a guide. Repeat with remaining ground beef.

    Remove the burger dogs from the plastic wrap and place on the grill, perpendicular to the grates. Cook until burgers are browned, turning over after 4-5 minutes. Repeat.

    Remove from grill. Place burger dog on a bun and top with your favorite toppings like fried onions, ketchup, mustard.

    For even more taste try wrapping your burger dogs with a slice of bacon before grilling! YUMMY!!
