1 lbground chuck

1 lbbulk italian sausage

1egg

3/4 citalian bread crumbs

1 tsporegano

1/8 tsppepper

1 canmushrooms,drained

1/2 cchopped onion

2 cantomato sauce(8 oz cans)

1 tspsalt

2 cshredded mozzarella cheese
How To Make italian meatloaf

1Preheat oven to 350

2Combine ground chuck,Italian sausage,egg,bread crumbs,onions,1/3 cup of tomato sauce,salt,oregano,mushrooms,and pepper.

3Mix well and shape into a flat rectangle about 10 x 12 on waxed paper.

4Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over meat mixture. Roll up like a jelly roll and press ends to seal.

5Place in loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hr. Pour on remaining tomato sauce and bake an additional 15 minutes. Add more mozzarella cheese, if desired during the last 15 minutes of baking.
