Ingredients For italian meatloaf

2 lbground beef

2 1/2 coatmeal, uncooked

2 (10 oz.) cancondensed tomato soup

2eggs, beaten

1/4 conion, finely chopped

1 1/2 tspgarlic powder

1 1/2 Tbsporegano
-
1 1/2 tspparsley flakes
-
2 tspbasil
-
1/2 tspcayenne
-
1 Tbsppaprika
How To Make italian meatloaf

1In a large bowl combine all ingredients except soup. Mix very well.

2Add soup a little at a time until mixture is moist but not runny.

3{lace mixture in a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan or 8 x 8 inch baking dish.

4Cook on 350 degrees for 1 hour or until completely done. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.

5If cooking for fewer people you can use 3 small loaf pans. Then you have some to eat and some to freeze for later.
