Ingredients For italian meatballs

1/2 lbground beef

1/2 lbground pork
-
1/3 cgrated romano or parmesan cheese

1/2-1 cfresh bread crumbs

4-5fresh springs parsely, chopped

4-5fresh basil leaves, chopped

2large eggs
-
1-2cloves fresh garlic, minced
-
1/4 ccold water
-
1 tspkosher salt
-
1/4 tspfresh ground black pepper
How To Make italian meatballs

1In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together well.

2Shape into balls and drop into sauce.

3You may also bake, in a 350° oven for 12-15 minutes or fry meatballs and then add to sauce.
