I had a left-over hamburger left over from a recent hamburger feast, so I decided to do something with it for our lunch. It turned out so good, so thought I'd better post this , so somebody else can get some good out of left overs. Hope you enjoy this as much as we did for lunch. Even enough left for lunch tomorrow.

Ingredients For hamburger-vegetable medley on english muffin

1hamburger , approx 6 oz. chopped

2 smpotatoes,diced small

3 sliceonion,chopped fine

1 cchopped carrots

1/2 cfrozen green peas

4-5 tspbeef :'better than bouillion

enough water to cover and simmer

salt and pepper as desired

1 Tbspcorn starch

chopped parsley to garnish
How To Make hamburger-vegetable medley on english muffin

1chop up hamburger , potatoes, onions, and carrots ,add water to cover vegetables in sauté pan. Add the beef bouillon. let simmer till vegetables are done. Add the peas

2Leave enough juice to make a gravy. Add 1 tablespoon cornstarch to a little bit of water and add to dish, cook until it is thickened, adjust seasoning. add salt and pepper.

3toast English Muffins to a golden brown and top with beef and vegetable mix, add chopped parsley to garnish. enjoy
