I got this recipe from one of my old client's that I use to take care of and she says it is out of this world, but you decide for yourself..Enjoy

Ingredients For hamburger steak

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 jar
    brown gravy
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 sm
    onion,minced

How To Make hamburger steak

  • 1
    Mix flour,salt,pepper;add beef and onion, make into patties.Brown quickly in skillet with small amount of grease. When brown on both sides, drain grease off and pour beef gravey over patties. Simmer for half hour and serve. Serve with mash potatoes,green beans...
