2 lbground beef

1 smonion

2 cancream of chicken soup

1 candiced green chiles

1 lbcheddar cheese, shredded

2 Tbspchili powder

2 jarsalsa, chunky

1 pkgcorn tortillas
How To Make green chile enchilada casserole

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. You will need a 9 x 13 pan.

2Brown hamburger and onions. Drain . Add cream of chicken soup, green chiles, salsa, chili powder. Stir well.

3In pan spread a thin layer of meat mixture on bottom of pan. Arrange on layer of tortillas ( about 6) then meat mixture, then cheese. Alternate ending with cheese.

4cover with foil and bake approx. 30 minutes, Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes.

5Serving suggestions: Can top with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream. But great with out.
