Ingredients For goulash

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 16 oz
    elbow macaroni
  • 2 (24 oz.) can
    diced tomatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) can
    mushrooms, drained
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley
  • 1/2 tsp
    paprika
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 15 oz
    tomato sauce
  • 1 c
    mozzarella, shredded (optional)
  • pepper to taste

    Cook the macaroni al dente. Drain. In a large pot,

    In a dutch oven, brown the ground beef with the onion until the beef is completely browned and onion is softened. Pour off excess grease.

    Add macaroni and all other ingredients to the pot. Simmer for 10 minutes until heated through. Serve hot with cheese sprinkled on top if desired.
