Ingredients For german goulash

2 lbstew beef

2 lgonions, diced

4 Tbspolive oil

1 Tbspmixed dried herbs (thyme, marjoram, rosemary)

2 tsppaprika

2 lgcarrots, diced

4potatoes, diced

1 canpeeled tomatoes

1 tspgarlic powder

1/2 bottledry red wine

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make german goulash

1Heat olive oil in a pan. Add meat and roast until brown.

2Add onion and cook until transparent.

3Add carrots, potatoes, and herbs and stir for a few minutes.

4Add red wine, tomatoes and the spices and simmer for 2 to 3 hours. Add some water if necessary. Serve with dumplings or noodles.
