Ingredients For french onion meatballs

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 lb
    ground pork
  • 1 lg
    onion minced
  • 2 l
    eggs
  • 3/4 c
    plain breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pkg
    dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    cream of onion soup
  • 2 c
    beef broth
  • 1 Tbsp
    beef bouillon

How To Make french onion meatballs

  • 1
    Mix first 6 ingredients together and season with salt and pepper. Roll into desired size balls. Place on baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and toss into a slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients and cook on low for 4 hours.
