Ingredients For fireman bob's spicy beef " stoup " my way....

2 lbbeef chuck, boneless - cut into 1" cubes

1 lbpork, ground

3 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

4 cwater - divided

210 1/2 ounce can beef broth

4 ozbeef bouillon
-
3bay leaves
-
2 Tbsporegano, fresh - chopped fine

2 Tbspcoriander - chopped fine
-
2 Tbspground cumin
-
1/2 Tbspred pepper flakes - crushed
-
1 lgjar roasted red peppers - chopped fine
-
2 tspcourse sea salt or to taste.

2 tspfresh cracked black pepper or to taste

6 clovegarlic - chopped fine
-
1 call purpose flour
-
4 mdred chilies - chopped fine
-
6 mdnew red potatoes - cut in quarters
-
2 smjalapeno peppers - chopped fine
-
1 smhead - broccoli florets - chopped
-
2 lgyellow onions - chopped
-
2 lg28 ounce tomatoes - diced - with jiuce

1 lbgreen beans, fresh

4 Tbspsmoked paprika
-
2 Tbspfennel seeds
-
2 lgcans red kidney beans with juice
How To Make fireman bob's spicy beef " stoup " my way....

1Place both beef and pork in Large Dutch Oven with the oil, and sear meat till browned.

2When meat is browned off, add 3 cups water, beef broth, beef bouillon, bay leaves, oregano, coriander, cumin, red pepper flakes, roasted red peppers, salt, black pepper, garlic, red chilies, potatoes, jalapeno peppers, broccoli, onions, tomatoes, green beans, smoked paprika, fennel seeds, and kidney beans.

3Cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

4Take flour and 1 cup water combine to make a mixture, add to Dutch Oven and stir and cook for remaining 15 minutes till meat is tender.

5Serve with a good Crusty Bread and Napkins!!!! ENJOY!!!!
