Ingredients For fireman bob's fire house burger # 2 " the sour k "

1 lblean ground beef
-
1 lbgerman sausage - ground

1 lbveal - ground
-
1 lbsour kraut - your own homemade or store bought

2 Tbspworcestershire sauce
-
4 slicesmoked bacon - cooked crisp and crumbled
-
1/2 lbextra sharp cheddar cheese - grated
-
1 Tbspcourse sea salt
-
1 Tbspfresh cracked black pepper
-
1 tspallspice, ground
-
4 to 6hard rolls - your choice
How To Make fireman bob's fire house burger # 2 " the sour k "

1Place the beef, sausage, veal, worcestershire sauce, sea salt, pepper, and allspice in a large bowl and carefully combine till mixed.
Set aside for 10 minutes. -
2Place sour kraut in a skillet and warm through, add the crumbled bacon, and cheese and combine till mixed together.

3Divide the beef, sausage, and veal into mounds of 4 or 6 depending on how many you are feeding.
Next divide each mound in half, Take 1 to 2 tablespoons of kraut/cheese mixture and place on the half patty.
Take the other half and cover the kraut/cheese mixture encasing completely. -
4Form a Burger 1 inch thick and do this with the other mounds of meat.
Cook burgers in a hot skillet for 8 minutes each side turning only once. -
5Once cooked place on a hard roll and serve with a napkin.
