easy taco melts

Easy and good. Easy to eat on the run. The meat mixture can be more than you need, depending on the size of circle you make with the biscuit. Press to 4 inch circles, and one can easily use 2 cans of biscuits. That helps if you need to make for a larger crowd as an appetizer.
