2 lbround steak

1/2 cflour

salt and pepper

3 Tbspcanola oil

1/2 cdry red wine

1 cancream of mushroom soup

1 1/2 ccrushed tomatoes

1 cbeef broth
-
1 csliced mushroom

4 clovegarlic minced

1 Tbspfresh rosemary minced

1 Tbspfresh thyme minced
How To Make easy pressure cooked swiss steak

1Cut meat into cubes. Mix flour together with salt and pepper. Dredge the meat in the flour mixture. Add oil to pressure cooker and sear the meat in oil to get a browned exterior.

2Remove the meat from the pressure cooker and deglaze with the red wine scrapping up bits from bottom of pan and let reduce to half.

3combine all remaining ingredients and pour in pan. Add meat back to pan and pressure cook for 20 minutes
