For those who like a little extra kick to thier burgers !!! If you don't want the peppers IN the burgers use the juice from the peppers in burgers and put diced peppers on top as part of garnish

Ingredients For hot and spicy burgers

3 lbground beef
-
1/2 cfrank's red hot sauce

salt and pepper to taste

garlic powder with parsley
-
1egg
-
1/2 cpepperoncini peppers- diced
-
1/3 cpepperoncini peppers juice (optional)
How To Make hot and spicy burgers

1Mix together ground beef and egg in large bowl

2Lightly season with salt,pepper,and garlic powder add crumbs

3Combine hot sauce and peppers

4Add to meat mixture blending well. Cover and place in fridge for 15 mins.

5Remove from fridge form into patties Cook on grill or stove top medium high heat for 5 minutes ( 2 1/2 minutes each side)

6Garnish with lettuce,tomato and onion
