Ingredients For different sweet and sour meatballs

1-1/2 lbground beef or ground turkey

1egg

1 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

1/2 cbread crumbs

1 can(8 ounces) tomato sauce

1onion, chopped
-
1 can(16 ounces) jellied cranberry sauce

1 Tbspbutter, melted
How To Make different sweet and sour meatballs

1Add egg, salt, pepper, and bread crumbs to ground beef. Mix thoroughly and roll into small balls.

2Saute cut up onion in butter; add cranberry sauce, tomato sauce and cook very slowly for 1/2 hour. Remove from stove and strain through colander and pour into a saucepan over low flame.

3When sauce starts to simmer, add meatballs. Cover and cook slowly for 45 minutes.
