1onion, cut into thick slices

2 lgcarrots, peeled and cut into 1"-pieces

12 ozmushrooms, quartered

4 tspminced garlic

114-1/2 oz can diced tomatoes, drained

1 cketchup
-
2 Tbspdijon mustard
-
2 Tbspworcestershire sauce

3 lbchuck roast, trimmed of fat

1/4 tspeach salt and pepper
How To Make dads slow-cooked, tender pot roast

1In slow-cooker, combine onion, carrots, mushrooms, garlic and tomatoes. In bowl, whisk together ketchup, mustard and worcestershire sauce.

2Pour 1/2 the sauce over veggies. Sprinkle roast w/ salt and pepper. Place roast over veggies. Spread remaining sauce over roast. Cover, cook for 8 hrs.
