1 lggreen pepper diced

8 oztomato sauce

1 cwhite wine

6 ozsofrito sauce

1 cgoya mojo criollo sauce
How To Make cuban ropa vieja (shredded beef)

1Heat 3 tbsp olive oil and brown meat on all sides. Remove from pan.

2Add remaining oil and saute onion, and green pepper. Add garlic and cook until translucent.

3Add remaining ingredients and meat. Simmer 1 1/2 hours or until meat can be shredded with fork.
