Beef Stew was always a great dinner dish. This recipe is my Granny's recipe. She made it in a pressure cooker and used beef bouillon. I have reduced the salt by using the low sodium beef broth. I sometimes also add some red wine to give it a richer taste. I hope you find this a recipe your family will love as much as mine did. I serve this with mashed potato's.
