3 Tbspall purpose flour

fresh ground black pepper to taste

3 lbbeef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes

3 lgcarrots, peeled and sliced

1 mdonion, chopped

6 slicebacon, cooked and cut into 1-inch pieces

10 canbeef broth

2 cred or burgundy wine

1 Tbsptomato paste

2 clovegarlic, minced

3 sprigfresh thyme, stemmed

1bay leaf
-
1 lbfresh mushrooms, sliced

2 lgpotatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
How To Make crock pot beef bourguignon

1Season flour with salt and pepper. Dredge meat cubes in the seasoned flour. Sear in a skillet on the stove top, then place in the crock-pot.

2Add remaining ingredients to the crock-pot, cover, and cook until the meat is tender, 8-10 hours on low or 5-7 hours on high.
