Ingredients For crema italiano with sausage

    ground beef
  • 1 md
    italian sausage, no casings
  • 1/2 c
    ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 c
    green, red bell peppers
  • 1 clove
    garlic
  • 1 md
    onions
  • 1 c
    half and half creamer
  • 2 c
    spaghetti
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 dash
    oregano
  • 2 dash
    tymes
  • 2 dash
    rosemary
  • 1 dash
    cummin
  • 2 dash
    cayenne

How To Make crema italiano with sausage

    Start boiling water to prepare for pasta. Once boiling place pasta inside pot. I always add a tablespoon of butter and of course a pinch of salt.

    In a different pan pore some cooking wine "red". Place garlic, bell peppers, onions, and seasoning ingredients in pan. Simmer for about 8 minutes at a medium temperate. Note I season to my husbands taste, so you season to what Is your liking whether its more or less.

    Cut sausage up and place inside the pan with the seasoning ingredients, and add ground beef. left the meat brown up and keep at same temperature.

    Once the meat is cooked make sure to drain meat, then add sour cream, ricotta cheese, and half and half. This will make a nice creamy sauce. Again adding what you would like to add or take out.

    Pasta should be done after about 13 minutes. Drain the pasta. Add the pasta back into pot, and place meat sauce into same pot with pasta. stir altogether.
