Ingredients For cream hamburger gravy

  • 1 md
    white onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 1/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 c
    milk

How To Make cream hamburger gravy

    Measure milk and set to the side. Brown beef with onion and garlic in pan. Then set in bowl to the side.

    In small pan melt butter and then add flour. Mix with whisk and cook for 2 minutes. The mixture will small nutty.

    Slowly pour in milk by 1/2 a cup and whisk until mix in. Then continue these steps until all is mix in. The mixture will thicken as it heats. Once thicken add beef mixture.

    You can serve this over mashed potatoes or noodles
