Ingredients For chuck roast au gratin

1 2-3 lbboneless chuck roast

1 cancooked potatoes
-
1 Tbspchopped chives
-
1 or 2 cancream of mushroom soup

1/2 ccheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make chuck roast au gratin

1Preheat oven to 350. Place roast in 9x13 pan. Roast at 350 for one hour. Spoon off fat.

2Add about 1/2 - 1 cup water. Cover and cook one hour.

3Combine soup and chives and pour over the meat. Cover and cook for one hour. Add the drained canned potatoes around the meat after 1/2 hour.

4Uncover and Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake until the cheese melts.
