Ingredients For chili mac

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 sm
    onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 46 oz
    can v-8 juice
  • 15 1/2 oz
    can kidney beans
  • 1 c
    cooked macaroni

How To Make chili mac

  • 1
    Saute onion in butter until lightly browned. Add beef and cook until browned. Drain. Add chili powder, v-8 juice and kidney beans. Mix with macaroni and serve. Makes 6 servings.
