Made this for my Finacè on Valentines Day for our dinner he loved it :)

Ingredients For chili

  • One pkg
    ground beef
  • One c
    freshly chopped onions and graclic
  • One small can
    tomato sauce, reduced sodium
  • One can
    bushes dark kidney red beans (do not drain unless you want to)
  • One pkg
    chili seasoning (mccormic is my favorite)
  • A taste of
    pepper and salt
  • One table
    cinnamon

How To Make chili

    In a medium sauce pan cook the ground beef until golden brown on low heat then drain.

    Wash and chop the onions, add then and the garlic to a lightly buttered smaller sauce pan just to light cook them
  • 3
    Add the beans , seasoning mix , onion and garlic to the ground meat. Add a lil salt and pepper to taste and a like just one tablespoon of cinnamon let it cook on low heat for about two hours and serve when ready. Enjoy you can add or change up the ingrediants if you want :)
