Ingredients For chili

3 lbground beef

2 mdonions, chopped

1 tspdried minced garlic

2 can8 ozs, each, tomato sauce

2 can16 ozs each, petite diced tomatoes

2 can16 ozs each, pinto beans

1 can10 3/4 ozs tomato puree

2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspblack pepper

6 Tbspchili powder

3 tspground cumin
How To Make chili

1Brown meat and onion in skillet.

2Place meat and chopped onion in large pot.

3Add remaining ingredients

4Simmer for an hour, or can simmer all day. The longer the better but will need to check if water should be added periodically.
