    ground beef, browned
  • 1 sm
    onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 c
    bread crumbs
  • 1
    egg
  • tomato juice to moisten
  • 4 1/2 c
    mashed potatoes
  • 9 slice
    american cheese

How To Make cheeseburger casserole--crock pot

  • 1
    Combine beef, salt and pepper, bread crumbs, egg and tomato juice in a bowl. Place 1/3 of mixture in crock pot. Spread with 1/3 of mashed potatoes and 3 slices of cheese. Repeat 2 more times. Cover and cook on low 3-4 hours. Makes 4 servings.
