Can't take credit for this one, it is straight out of Taste of Home's mag and have been making this for years. This is one of my grandsons favorite dishes. I did add some more cheese, onion and garlic for a little more flavor, but other than that it is identical to what was published originally

How To Make cheeseburger and fries casserole

  • 1
Heat the olive oil in a saucier, add the onion and saute until translucent, add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • 2
Add the hamburg and cook until no longer pink, put in a large bowl. Add in pepper and salt to taste. I usually don't add salt because of the salt content of the soups.
  • 3
Stir in both cans of soup, the shredded cheese, and pour into a 9x13 inch pan that has been sprayed with non stick spray.
  • 4
Arrange the french fries over the top and bake in a pre heated 350° oven until fries are golden.
