This Burger was an experiment of mine, that my family and friends have given rave reviews...The addition of the crushed corn chips really sets it off with great flavor...I cooked mine tonight on my George Foreman, but they are just plain awesome on the grill...many that's tried them have asked for my recipe...try them sometime and see what I mean... Enjoy!

Make patties - however many and big as you desire. Grill, broil or I used my George Foreman grill. Don't press on your burgers during cooking, or they won't be as juicy. When cooked to your desired doneness, add cheese and continue cooking until melted. Add cheese and continue cooking until cheese is melted. Toast buns on the grill, skillet or broiler. I butter the buns first. Help them to brown.

You can now add desired condiments to your sandwich. I used sliced jalapenos in a jar, onion, lettuce and Velveeta Cheesy Jalapeno Ranch Dressing...it goes so well with this burger...I hope you'll try it...you won't be disappointed.
