broiled tenderloin steaks with ginger-hoisin glaze
(1 rating)
Tastes like the steak you get at the hibachi place. This recipe calls for broiled steaks, but this works on the grill as well. Cooking time is for medium or medium rare steaks. Original broiling time is 6 minutes, but site wouldn't let me post it. I've found I have to decrease the cooking time because my broiler runs very hot. Use your judgement based on your experience with your oven.
