My husband loves these. We have had them with different kinds of steaks.

Ingredients For bourbon marinated steak

  • 1/2 c
    packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    bourbon whiskey
  • 1/3 c
    soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp
    coarse black pepper
  • 1/4 Tbsp
    hot pepper sauce
  • 3 lb
    steak

How To Make bourbon marinated steak

  • 1
    prepare marinade in a large self sealing plastic bag. Put steaks in and refridgerate 4 hours or overnight.

    take out and get close to room temp.

    grill to your liking
