I named this sandwich for it's goldish color. The sandwich is a nice, tasty twist to the regular sloppy Joe. Anyone I have served this too loved it...and asks for the recipe. It's very versatile...add other goodies if you so desire. This is how I made it today... This can also be kept warm, until serving on low in your crock pot. My photos

Ingredients For blonde sloppy joes

1 3/4 lblean ground beef

1 Tbspoil
-
1 smred or green bell pepper, diced

1sweet onion, diced

2 clovegarlic, minced
-
1 - 10 cancream of chicken soup - undiluted

3 1/2 Tbspketchup
-
1 1/2 Tbspmustard
-
salt and pepper

toastedbuns for serving
How To Make blonde sloppy joes

1Brown ground beef, garlic, onion and peppers in a skillet in oil, until beef is no longer pink and veggies are soft. Add salt and pepper. Drain if needed. Mine was lean, was no need to drain.

2In a bowl, mix the soup, ketchup and mustard.

3Mix this into the burger. Stir well to combine.

4Simmer until heated well throughout.

5Time to serve on toasted buns.
