    stewing beef
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 stalk
    celery, chopped
  • 2 lg
    carrots, chopped
  • 1 lb
    potatoes, chopped
  • 2 clove
    garlic, chopped
  • 2
    bay leaves
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley, dried
  • 1 c
    dark beer
  • 1 c
    beef stock
  • 1 can
    diced tomatoes with green chilis
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    pepper

How To Make beer & beef slow-cooker stew

    Season beef with salt & pepper. Place all ingredients in large freezer bag except beer and beef stock.

    Place stew mixture in crockpot, add beer and beef stock and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
