This recipe is a family favorite. We cook it several times a month. I often don't add the extra salt. It's also easy to double if you're expecting company. For my WW friends, the points (not including the noodles) is 9 per serving. It's an extra 6 points to add a cup of egg noodles.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot
Ingredients For beef stroganoff

2 lbbeef or 1 pkg stew meat

1 pkgmushrooms sliced, 8 oz

2 cancream of mushroom soup
-
2 pkgbrown gravy mix (equal to 8 tablespoons) + 1 cup water

1onion, diced
-
1 tspgarlic powder
-
1/2 tsppepper
-
1 pkgegg noodles
-
sour cream to garnish
How To Make beef stroganoff

1Brown meat and saute onion.

2Combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, soup and brown gravy (already mixed with 1 cup water) in a bowl.

3Put meat and onion mixture in crock pot. Stir in mushrooms. Pour sauce over top.

4Cook on low 6-8 hours.

5Cook noodles.
