Ingredients For beef stroganoff

1 1/2 lbround steak

1 smonion, diced
-
1/4 cflour
-
8 ozfresh, mushrooms, sliced

12 ozegg noodles
-
8 ozsour cream
-
4 Tbspoil
-
pepper, to taste

water
How To Make beef stroganoff

1Cube and flour the steak.

2Heat 3 Tbs. oil in a large skillet. Brown the steak.

3Mean while in a small skillet saute onion and mushrooms in 1 Tbs. oil

4Add mushrooms and onion to the steak.

5Fill the skillet to 1/2 inch from top with water.

6Simmer, stirring occasionally, until the meat is tender. Be sure the steak doesn't stick. It will form a gravy as it cooks. You can add more water if needed.

7While meat is simmering, cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain

8Right before serving, stir in the sour cream. mix well.

9Serve the stroganoff over the noodles.
