My daughter and I made this up together. We love making our own recipes and adding seasonings until it tastes good to us. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Of course you could adjust all the seasonings until it tastes good to you.

Ingredients For beef or venison stew

1 - 2 lbvenison or beef roast cut into bite sized chunks

1 smonion, diced

8baby carrots, cut into bite sized pieces

6 - 8 lgpotatoes, peeled and cut into bite size pieces

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 Tbspsoy sauce
-
8 cwater
-
8beef bouillon, cubes
-
1 Tbspminced garlic
-
1 tspgarlic powder
-
1 tsponion powder
-
1 tspbasil
-
1 tspthyme
-
1 tspparsley
-
1 1/4 call purpose flour
-
1 1/4 cwater
-
1 dashsalt
-
1 dashpepper
How To Make beef or venison stew

1Put everything in the crock pot except the flour, salt, pepper and 1 1/4 cups water.

2Cook in crock pot on high 4 - 6 hours, until the meat and vegetables are cooked thoroughly.

3Mix together the flour and water. Use a fork or wire whisk to mix til there are no lumps.

4Remove lid to crock pot and stir as you pour in the flour mixture.

5Put lid back on and cook another 20 - 30 minutes.

6Now you can dish it up into bowls then salt and pepper to taste.
